With a background in yoga and sports, Jacob brings a deep knowledge and skillful touch to his practice. He is familiar with assessing postural imbalances, injuries and understanding the underlying kinesiology and anatomy to alleviate short and long term pain. The combination of Jacob’s training in orthopedic massage and in yoga helps to make his sessions very effective in terms of increasing mobility and ease of movement in the body.

Through his ability to pinpoint and treat specific areas, he brings an ease and joy to the body using modalities such as deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular facilitation, and Swedish massage.

In his free time, he enjoys doing yoga, acro yoga, dynamic body movement, dancing, mountain biking, trail running, and kiteboarding.
